At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an IT Manager - Advanced English to join a leading edge energy innovation firm operating across the US, UK, and Argentina.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Model: Full time, Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote). The role will require full time on site presence during the initial onboarding period.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of IT engineers and administrators supporting multi-site, multi country operations. Own the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure (networking, cloud services, identity management, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms). Establish operational SLAs/KPIs and manage the IT budget and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the senior authority on enterprise security posture, covering threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and operational security controls. Lead the strategy and execution of SOC 2, SOX, and other external compliance frameworks. Design, implement, and enforce company-wide IT and security policies (access control, data protection, network security).
  • Provide expert-level oversight of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Windows Server, endpoint management (Intune/MEM), and related security suites. Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, Zero Trust architecture, and centralized policy enforcement.
  • Develop multi year IT and security roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Present risk analysis, program status, and technology investments to executive leadership in an actionable manner.

 

Technical Stack:

  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies: Azure / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Intune/MEM, and related security and collaboration tools. Hands-on experience with modern security architectures, Zero Trust, endpoint security, SIEM/SOAR platforms, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise security, and operations leadership. Proven success managing multi-site IT environments and supporting users across at least two countries. Solid experience owning SOC 2 and/or SOX programs through full audit cycles (evidence, controls, and remediation).

 

Desired Certifications:

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Microsoft security/identity certifications.
