- Leads testing activities for high-risk and complex projects; defines testing strategies, scope, and scenarios; reviews and approves test plans; manages execution of functional, regression, and integration tests; ensures alignment with business and technical requirements.
Participate in requirements/user story gathering sessions; Interpret user requirements/user stories and extend them into test cases

Education:

High level of expertise in QA practices across multiple applications and business domains.
Ability to adapt to a variety of QA roles, including test strategist, analyst, documentation writer, trainer, team lead, or mentor.
Ability to analyze complex defects and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, propose effective solutions, and align testing strategies with business vision and direction.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with management, team members, business, and technical professionals.
Advanced facilitation skills to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute testing activities for complex projects.
Ability to effectively manage priorities across concurrent projects and QA assignments while meeting stakeholder expectations.
Aptitude for continuous learning of advanced QA tools, automation frameworks, and emerging testing methodologies.
Proven coaching, mentoring, and training skills to guide junior and mid-level QA analysts.
Ability to manage QA responsibilities involving systems environments of moderate to high risk and complexity.
Ability to lead and coordinate system testing cycles, defect tracking, and resolution for large-scale initiatives.
Ability to deliver accurate and timely results within project timelines and budgets.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with business sponsors, partners, and technical teams.
Thorough understanding of test planning, analysis, and advanced techniques required to support system development and integration.
Ability to learn and understand manual and automated testing processes for supported applications.
Ability to facilitate and present training on complex QA processes and tools.
Ability to apply organizational QA standards, policies, and compliance procedures.
Proficiency in QA analysis, test design, and documentation techniques.
Working knowledge of process improvement and re-engineering approaches related to quality assurance.
Strong understanding of project management processes, including planning, tracking, risk identification, and mitigation.
Ability to work independently or lead QA teams on high-complexity assignments; typically holds a leadership role in team settings.
Ability to coordinate with team members and business partners across multiple locations.
Familiarity with systems architecture and data content for supported applications is preferred.
QA certifications (ISTQB Advanced or equivalent) and/or Project Management certification is a plus.
Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, Jira) and awareness of system development tools or languages (e.g., SQL, Agile frameworks) is preferred.
